Los Habaneros NYC was a band led by Gerardo Contino from 2013-2019. During this time, the band released two critically-acclaimed albums and were named the Best Band in Manhattan by NPR/WNYC (2015) and NYC's best Cuban band by New York Latin Culture Magazine (2017). Los Habaneros NYC toured around the world, and played at festivals and venues across the U.S., Latin America, Canada, and Asia.
