I had an amazing time this summer with the Max Weinberg Orchestra in the weekly summer residency at the Rainbow Room in the Rockefeller Center. What an absolute pleasure to play with the legendary Max and his wonderful lineup of stellar musicians!
We hope you all enjoy this new song, "Oshun" produced by Larry Harlow and recorded live in Congahead Studios. Salsa dura!
Later this week, my band and I head to Vancouver, Canada, to headline for the Carnaval del Sol music festival, as well as play for the "Inspirational Latin Awards" Ceremony, and at Provence Marina Side. If you are in Vancouver, we would love to see you from Thursday-Saturday!
We then head back and play at SummerStage NYC, in a show in the Bronx that is an homage to Celia Cruz. Azucaaaa! We hope to see you at St. Mary's on Sunday, July 12th. Que Viva Cuba!
On July 24th, we're back in Washington, DC after our sold out performance in March. We love the nation's capital and the amazing energy of the fans there. We hope to see you at the Bethesda Jazz Club. Click here for tickets.
On Top of NYC!
Summer in Rainbow Room, Rockefeller Center
I am very excited to announce that every Monday for July and August, I will be playing with the Max Weinberg Orchestra, famed drummer for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, and bandleader for Late Night with Conan O'Brien and theTonight Show with Conan O'Brien. If you are in New York City, please join us Monday evenings for an unforgettable show on top of the Rockefeller Center in the one and only Rainbow Room.
After the release of our music video, "Quisiera Saber," in April, we garnered tens of thousands of views in just days. Thank you for your support! We hope you continue to enjoy the music and we'll be releasing new songs soon. One new video is in production, and we are in the studio all summer working on our second album.
We are very excited for the launch of the music video for our latest single, "Quisiera Saber," a song that departs from our traditional Cuban salsa sounds to include more Colombian beats. The video was shot in Havana, Cuba, in Bar Palermo, one of the city's oldest bars, where the legendary singer, Beny More, performed.
Directed by Ilsis Cespedes, the video stars actress Gabriela, and the renown dance ensemble, Havana Queens. We hope you enjoy this video and help us spread the word by sharing on your social media platforms.
We're THRILLED! We've been named Manhattan's top band for NPR/WNYC Radio! Thank you to *all* who voted! We'll see you at The Greene Space at WNYC/WQXR March 27th! #NYC
